Question 1: Will It work on my DVD Player or "XXX" Karaoke Machine?

These DVDs will work on any regular DVD player or your computer too. It is region free and it will work in any region. If you karaoke machine or system is able to play DVDs, then it will also be able to play the Karaoke Superstar DVD

Question 2: Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Question 4: Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to any part of the world (except S.E Asia). Please see our Shipping page for more information.

Question 5: Do you offer EXPRESS shipping?

Yes, we do offer Fedex 2 day option shipping at the checkout. Just select the Fedex option to get your package within 2 days.

Question 6: Are these original singers or original songs?

The karaoke tracks are very close to original sound. Due to licensing issues, these are not the original songs. However, they are definitely not midi sounds. All tracks are meticulously recorded in a professional studio and it will pass a "blind test".

Question 7: Do karaoke songs come with background video or images?

Some tracks come with background video but most tracks come with a basic background color image and lyrics.

Due to the immense collection of songs, it is not possible to include MTV videos for all the tracks. We think it offers more value to include more songs in the package as compared to a reduced number offering video backgrounds
